We have joined with Practice Plan to design a dental plan to reward loyal patients.

 

This plan will be administered by Practice Plan who will make a separate arrangement with you to manage your payments under the plan.

 

You will have peace of mind that all of your preventive dental care will be covered by convenient monthly payments.

 

Our plan also provides Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme for dental emergencies or dental injuries whilst at home or abroad.

• Two dental health examinations per year

• Two hygienist appointments per year

• £23.52 per month

• Two dental health examinations per year

• Three hygienist appointments per year

Maintenance 4

• £29.90 per month

• Two dental health examinations per year

• Four hygienist appointments per year

All levels additionally cover:

• X-rays.

• Diet and oral hygienist advice.

• Routine oral cancer screening.

• 20% discount on restorative treatment.

• 10% discount on aesthetic treatment excluding orthodontics.

​How do you join our plan?

​

There is no need for an assessment. Joining is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form for us and a Direct Debit mandate and authorisation form for Practice Plan.
